In this series, we focus in on the things we are called to do and must do; and the things that distract us from doing them. The Holy Spirit spoke through this series to challenge us to finish what we have started. This first message in the series focuses on the cloud of witnesses that run with us. They are not merely spectators, they speak to us and teach us, so that we can run better. We are told to lay aside 'weight' - something large and bulky. We cannot run effectively when we are weighted down with everything from sin to guilt.
